These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our services.

By subscribing, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

1. Services Provided

We offer monthly/annual plans including:

• Website updates, backups, security scans, uptime monitoring.

• WordPress maintenance, plugin/theme updates, basic SEO tweaks.

• Support via email/tickets (response within 24-48 hours).

• Access limited to provided credentials; no custom development unless added.

Services start upon payment; downtime due to client issues not covered.

2. Subscription and Payments

• Billing: Recurring via secure gateways (e.g., 2Checkout). Monthly/annual auto-renewal.

• Fees: Non-refundable post-7-day trial except as per Refund Policy. Prices in USD; taxes extra.

• Late Payments: Service pauses after 7 days; 1.5% monthly fee.

• Price Changes: 30 days’ notice; new rates apply at renewal.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate site access (admin login, FTP, hosting details).

• Ensure backups before granting access.

• Use services ethically; no illegal content or spam.

• Notify changes in site structure promptly.

We are not liable for data loss without backups or third-party issues (hosting, plugins).

4. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering our tools.

• Excessive support requests disrupting service.

• Sites promoting harm, scams, or adult content.

Violations lead to suspension/termination without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our work product (reports, code snippets) remains our property until paid.

• Client sites’ content is yours; we claim no ownership.

• No transfer of custom tools/scripts.

6. Limitations of Liability

Services provided “as-is”. We disclaim warranties for:

• 100% uptime, SEO rankings, or traffic increases.

• Compatibility with all plugins/themes.

Liability capped at 12 months’ fees paid. No consequential damages.

7. Termination

• By You: Cancel via dashboard; access until cycle end.

• By Us: For non-payment, abuse (7 days’ notice unless urgent).

• Post-termination: Data deleted per Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

Bangladesh law applies (Dhaka jurisdiction). Disputes resolved amicably or via arbitration.
