We aim for customer satisfaction but offer limited refunds due to the ongoing nature of maintenance services.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available only under these conditions:
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of initial payment if no maintenance work has started. Proof of no service delivery required.
Service Not Delivered: Refunds for failed auto-renewals or undelivered months, minus any prior usage fees.
Pro-Rated Cancellations: No full refunds mid-cycle; pro-rated credit for unused time applied to future billing.
No refunds for:
Subscriptions over 7 days old.
Custom work, one-time fees, or add-ons.
Discounts or promo codes.
How to Request a Refund
Submit via email to me@arifin.cc with subscription details, payment proof, and reason.
We process within 5-10 business days via original payment method.
Expect deduction of payment gateway fees (e.g., 2Checkout charges, ~3-5%).
Cancellation Process
Cancel anytime via client dashboard or email.
Cancels take effect at cycle end; no immediate refund unless eligible.
You’ll retain access until period ends.
